📢 Exciting News! Illinois Unidos’ Executive Director attended the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance’s 2024 Illinois Legislative Community Report Forum with Rep. Lilian Jimenez, Rep. Will Guzzardi, Rep. Eva-Dina Delgado, and Senator Omar Aquino.
The forum highlighted key legislative efforts to ensure healthcare access, housing, and quality education. Special thanks to these legislators for their work on Medicaid expansion, medical debt relief, and extending the Medicaid redetermination deadline for Immigrant Adults (HBIA) and Seniors (HBIS).
